
Transporter and TTP
After using Transporter earlier today I found an even better way of taking the Transporter and TTP, have to say mate the Transporter is an awesome product.
Today I trained my back. After my first set I started to sip on the Transporter and continued to do this after each set until I finished the drink 3/4 of the way through the workout. After 3 sets the results were great, my muscles were so full of blood the muscle pump was crazy and I was vascular all over. Usually I look this vascular weeks before a show when my body fat is low but today after using the Transporter I had the same look after my first few sets.
The reason I took the transporter during the workout is because Nutrients from a shake consumed during training are transported to muscles most efficiently. During training blood flow increases ( and therefore nutrient uptake by muscles) So if you have all the essential amino acids and glucose available in the blood, the blood is 20 times more effective in delivering all these nutrients into the trained muscle fibers, also with the presence of creatine the muscle pump is fantastic.
After the session I had 2 servings (120 grams) of TTP which gives around 40 grams carbs and 60 grams protein which is ideal for glycogen replenishment after training. Since increasing the TTP to two servings I have found I recover a lot quicker and also my muscles look a lot more fuller and my strength is good. I will definitely be continuing with this right up until my show in August.
