I did a course of these capsules a few months ago and when I was just past the beginner's stage of training. I did not once feel headaches or nausea whilst taking them. They did a good job and helped me see the results I wanted faster. I would recommend buying the smaller size bottle and trying them out for a week before you consider investing in them fully. I've read mixed reviews for this product, but this is one guy who's coming back for more.

After the recommendation of using this product with the Promax Diet by Maximuscle I gave it a try! I really suffered from bad headaches, I couldn't sleep at night because I was so wired, and also it caused me to be very breathless! It didn't work for me at all. After I stopped taking them I also put on 7lbs, which took forever to shift for some reason, body recovering? No idea! I had been on the Promax Diet for a year previous so it wasn't that!
